Vincent Noble

He is the founder of Noble Resolutions, and host of Motivational Monday’s, on KRGN 98.5 FM “The ROCK”. He holds a Bachelor of science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, as well as a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Public Administration from Columbia Southern University. For more than 30 years, Vincent has served in multiple leadership positions at the tactical and strategic levels within the Department of Defense.

Vincent is widely known throughout the world for his works, knowledge, and practices of visionary and resiliency among organizational leaders.Through difficult personal transitions in life, Vincent learned having a clear purpose is key to the start of one seeking to achieve. In his first published book, “The Champion's DNA” Vincent details how to operate in the winning characteristics and attributes we all possess, in spite of, what we were conditioned to believe.

Ms. Brandy L. L. Byrd is a Financial Counselor and holds well over 20 years in the Finance Services industry.  Ms. Byrd’s career began in the united States Army serving as a Financial Management Technician where she retired and went on to earn a Bachelors of Business Administration – Finance at the University of Mary Hardin – Baylor.  Ms. Byrd has a curious mind an enjoys listening to NPR, learning, reading, and finding little adventures in the everyday moments of life.

Melvin Muhammad

Business & Organizational Management

For more than 17 years, Executive Leadership Coach Melvin R. Muhammad has studied, implemented, and taught the principles of success in both government and private sectors. As a veteran of both the Army and Navy, Melvin began to develop his skillset as highly sought after facilitator. Melvin works with senior leaders to guide them through communication gaps and opportunities, defining shared goals in continuous learning and process improvement environments. 

Melvin guides teams and leaders through organizational and individual problem solving while helping develop an understanding of differences so his teams can reach and exceed shared goals. Currently, Melvin serves as a transition assistance Counselor primarily in the Central and South Eastern region of the United States. 

Providing executive leadership coaching, life coaching, training, and consulting to world-class international companies and transitioning serving members. Melvin is passionate about helping leaders maximize their potential and works at every level – from high potential managers to CEOs and their direct reports. He holds a BS Degree in Organizational Management, with an Advanced Certification in Supply Chain Management and Hospitality Management.

Dudley Locke

Education & Administration

Dudley Locke is the founding President and CEO of Good Choice Institute, INC, and is an executive coach and facilitator focusing on the development of effective leaders and organizations. He brings over 22 years of social and emotional administrative and educational experience to the Chicago Public School System, and his cutting-edge approach with teaching has to lead him to become the Assistant Principal at Fiske Elementary and Senior Dean at Roosevelt Middle School in Bellwood Illinois. 

As a decorated military officer in the Army, he has been endorsed in General Administration since 1998. His commitment to the mentoring and coaching of civilians and veterans in their “recovery lives” has made him well respected by his peers. That same steadfast commitment has been poured into the numerous students’ lives he has touched over the years. His motto is “Win the future with emotional intelligence and developmental spirituality.”

Dudley's earned a Master’s Degree in Leadership & School Administration from Chicago State University, and has earned undergraduate degrees in Political Science and School Administration from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana.

LaShundra Harmon

Executive Coach LaShundra Harmon currently serves as the Associate Vice President of THG Financial Strategies, where she serves as a financial advisor and Life Insurance Specialist. She founded the Association of Financial Mommies in 2016 to help combat economic illiteracy and promote financial empowerment among women and their families. 

With over 30 years of experience combined, and 16 years of experience in financial services, her expertise as a consultant includes entrepreneurship and business workshops. She directs her economic teachings towards children and college-bound students, and she is a mother of two with a deep passion for giving back, educating others and sharing crucial information within her community.

Executive Coach Demeitri Celestain currently serves as a Career Counselor at Inverness Technologies. Demeitri's unique coaching model helps leaders from the United States Government – as well as those who work in private sectors – identify opportunities for improvement, change ineffective root behaviors and belief systems, and obtain social proof that positive and permanent change has been achieved. 

With over 10 years of experience with the Department of Defense as a Career Counselor, Demeitri strives to find a genuine connection with her clients, in order to create a sustained growth and learning environment in which the client may identify blind spots and develop or modify their executive skills and behaviors. She holds a Ph.D., in General Psychology from Capella University, a Masters in Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University, and a Bachelors of Arts, from Texas Southern University.
