Being able to clearly see our strengths and weaknesses, as well as understand how we are perceived by both our employees and our consumers is the basis for any leadership development plan. We can’t grow and progress if we can’t understand the work we have to do, which is why a clear, well-rounded performance review is the foundation of our services.

Our performance reviews are also a valuable way to get solid feedback from your team, co-founders, board members, and other stakeholders. We can help you make major or subtle course corrections in your leadership, that support both your professional and organizational growth. The data we collect allows you to easily see what’s working, what’s not, and what needs changing.

THE PROCESS

While many reviews are conducted via questionnaires, we’ve found that there are many other ways to collect more detailed, more effective feedback. Our process includes:

  • Identifying 10-15 people who have insight into your behavior and performance to serve as reviewers. They share their observations on areas that you are working to improve. In turn, we’ll use their feedback to personalize our interview questions.
  • You then complete a self-assessment, making note of what you perceive to be your strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth.
  • Next, we sit down with each of your reviewers and conduct in-depth interviews based on the information we received in the first two steps.
  • After the interviews, we compile all of the responses into a detailed report, highlighting important themes that emerge from the feedback.
  • You and your coach then review the report together, and create a personalized development plan.
